Passat

The Volkswagen Passat is a passenger car segment D produced by German automaker Volkswagen since 1973. According to the body, time and the market, several variants were sold under other names, such as Santana, Quantum, Dasher, Magotan and Corsar. Also, the Passat was sold between 1987 and 1991 in Argentina was made under the name Carat. Autolatina, the partnership with the U.S. brand Ford, Santana allowed the (derived from the Passat) were sold in Latin America under the brand from 1991 to 1996, with the names Ford Versailles, Versailles Ford Galaxy and Ford Royale. The Passat includes six generations, put on the market since 1973.
